Going from pretty much zero training to full time there is no doubting that I learned pretty quickly that fuel was going to be a very important part of life that I couldn't take for granted.

For the past two years I have been on a committed plant based diet and the more I live that lifestyle the more I believe it is the right diet for me, so I decided I would construct the ultimate Vegan Breakfast Bowl...One that would define my day, fuel my body and go down in histroy as one of the most mega brekky's of all time! 

And would you believe it, I am about to let you in on the secret...

Billy's Jazzy Big Brekky Bowl (VEGAN)
250g of oats
Handful of blueberries
2 x table spoons of 100% peanuts butter
Handful of superfood mix (Cashew, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Pepetas)
1 banana
1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder
1 teaspoon of spirulina
Then add half organic & unsweetened almond/coconut milk

Make sure you find yourself a sweet old spot in the morning sunshine to enjoy this baby to the max.
